Tabletop and Floor Model Ovens
These tabletop ovens are designed to hold either 13" x
18" half size pans or 12" x 20" x 2 1/2" food service pans. With
exclusive circulating air and heat, they are excellent for baking and re-heating all types
of food products, and there is no need to turn pans. Since they dont require
venting (in most areas), they can be located throughout the store. The XO-1 operates at
120 volts.

With manual controls you have the XO-1 and XO-1M.
With programmable controls you get an eight-program solid state control with multiple
functions. With the touch of your fingertip you can program it to preheat, steam, cook or
bake, and hold. You input what you want it to do, and it does it automatically every time. These units can also be equipped with internal steam to expand
the range of use.
NU-VUs V-AIR®Ovens employ a
patented system that distributes controlled, heated air evenly to all areas of the oven -
side to side, top to bottom front to back. Since each product on every shelf is
evenly baked, even with a full load, there is no waste of product or energy and all pans
of similar products can be removed and inserted at the same time.
This balanced hot air current produces outstanding products
for your customer. These ovens work well with almost any product including
non-rising product such as cookies or brownies or rising products such as muffins, breads,
and cakes.
These units also feature flush mount doors which means no
sagging. Lift off hinges allow for easy cleaning. The lighted oven compartment makes it
easy to do sight baking, and at less than 33" wide, you can produce a large volume in
a minimal amount of space.

A ComboBake unit is one that offers you most
versatility as it enables you to cook, bake, hold and proof, all in one
cavity. When cooking or baking, the Rhapsody offers you precise
baking for 5 full sheet pans with generous 4 inch spacing. If you produce
taller product, you can specify 4 shelves at 5 inch spacing. The RM-5T
and RA-5T are both constructed of stainless steel, and
incorporate NU-VU’s V-AIR®
technology to ensure a perfect bake. The slam cam handle and cool to touch
dual pane door provide safe and easy usage. A pass-thru option is available,
and allows back of the house loading, with front of the house unloading.
With a small footprint, just 30” wide, and the ability to be stacked, it is
the perfect convection oven to add where space my be limited. The RA-5T
ComboBake with user friendly programmable controls is a proofer, oven
and holding cabinet all in one compartment. This allows the kitchen
personnel to place ready to proof bread products of all kinds into the
