Our combi ovens provide
several options for steam generation which include:
- EZ COMBIŪ's utilize the heating elements to
generate the steam
- An external steam generator
- A water reservoir in the bottom of the oven
The tabletop combis include the XO-1MS moving air combi oven
and the V-AIRŪ COMBI-5EZG gas and COMBI-5EZ electric combi ovens. These ovens
are easy to operate and require minimum maintenance since there is no concealed steam
generator. The larger tabletop units take both 18 x 26 as well as 12 x 20 x 2 1/2 pans.
The design of NU-VU combis also provides a small footprint minimizing space requirements.
The EZ combis have a reduced water consumption which reduces the
operating costs.
