TMC Fastrak® Conveyor Oven
The Fastrak® conveyor ovens are great for making pizza, bagels, and hot sandwiches FAST and for heating finger foods snacks. These ovens are able to speed past conventional ovens, because they use quartz lamps as the main source of heat. This technique allows speed breakthroughs like 2 minute fresh dough pizza. The Fastrak® ovens are offered in two basic models:
