UB's

UB Ovens UB-E5TH, UB-E6T, and UB-E4t     NU-VU’s V-AIRâ Ovens employ a patented system that distributes controlled, heated air evenly to all areas of the oven - side to side, top to bottom front to back.  Since each product on every shelf is evenly baked, even with a full load, there is no waste of product or energy and all pans of similar products can be removed and inserted at the same time.

This balanced hot air current produces outstanding products for your customer.  These ovens work well with almost any product including non-rising product such as cookies or brownies or rising products such as muffins, breads, and cakes.

These units also feature flush mount doors which means no sagging. Lift off hinges allow for easy cleaning. The lighted oven compartment makes it easy to do sight baking, and at less than 33" wide, you can produce a large volume in a minimal amount of space.
