unique ovens cook chickens to a golden brown in just 31 minutes. They utilize
our patented V-AIR® oven technology to uniformly heat the cooking
compartment, and the AUTOMIST® humidity system to keep chickens moist
and reduce the cooking time. The ovens range in capacity from 24-36 chickens.
These ovens can cook a variety of products including meat, fish and fowl as well as
prepared foods.
