Reach-In Smokers ES-6, ES-13 and ESH-400

NU-VU’s reach-in smokers range in capacity from six full size pans of product for the ES-6 to 400 pounds of product for the ESH-400. A combination of heat, moisture and smoke capabilities enables the user to vary the conditions for a wide variety of products. Programmable controls are available for all models.

The ES-6/SC-7 Provides a smoking compartment with a slo-cook compartment to give the user the option of cooking different products concurrently.
