NU-VU’s
Smoke-All™ line of smokers ranges from the ESR-500, which holds 500 pounds of
product to the ESR-1000, which holds up to 1000 pounds of product. A combination of heat,
moisture and smoke capabilities enables the user to vary the conditions for a wide variety
of products. Programmable controls are available for all models.
