NU-VUs vacuum tumblers utilize water, marinade and food products
that are mixed together under a vacuum and rotated for about 20 to 30 minutes. The vacuum
opens the product so that the liquid marinade can penetrate the product. This results in a
moist, tender, seasoned product that retains more weight during the cooking process. When
a marinated product is smoked in a NU-VU SMOKET® the resulting product is almost
