Roll-in Rack Ovens

The roll-in rack ovens are ideal for applications where larger amounts of product need to be produced in a short amount of time.  These ovens can hold up to 12 full size pans.   The UB series of ovens employ the V-AIR® system for improved baking times and consistency.  Some of the features common to these ovens include:

UB's

     These units are built from heavy gauge stainless steel and have a great amount of reinforcement.  As a result of the additional reinforcement these ovens are able to resist damage from use in areas such as prisons.
