NU-VU’s
reach-in smokers range in capacity from six full size pans of product for the
Smoke6 to
13 full size pans for the Smoke13. A combination of heat, moisture and smoke capabilities
enables the user to vary the conditions for a wide variety of products. Programmable
controls are available for all models.
The Smoke6 Provides a smoking compartment with
a slo-cook compartment to give the user the option of cooking different products
