NU-VU’s bread cabinets are useful accessories to the rest of the product line.  They provide storage for finished products and minimize drying out until they are ready to be served. They’re made of lightweight, sturdy aluminum with polycarbonate doors with left or right hinges. The HW-2G is a full size cabinet with Dutch doors and adjustable top vent and a capacity of eighteen 18”x26” sheet pans.
