The PRO Series has a bottom mounted manually filled water pan and a fan to provide uniform distribution of heat and humidity.  It has a stainless steel exterior and tempered glass Dutch doors for full view of your product. The PRO-16 floor model comes on casters to move about the kitchen as needed, and has a capacity of sixteen 18”x26” sheet pans. Legs in lieu of casters are optional.
